Booking Your Collection
Only start the Royal Mail booking once your seller pack has arrived and you can see the tracking number printed on the prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope. Royal Mail controls the collection website, available dates, collection windows, charges and payment options.
Ready to book? Use Royal Mail’s collection page and follow the steps below.
Parcel Size and Tracking
Enter the Tracking Number from Your Prepaid Envelope
On the Royal Mail collection page, choose the option indicating that postage has already been purchased or that the item is being returned using a Royal Mail Tracked Returns service. Then select Yes, there’s a tracking number and enter the tracking number exactly as printed on the prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope in your seller pack.
Royal Mail tracking numbers normally begin with two letters and end with GB. For example: AB 1234 5678 9GB. This is an example format only.

Select the Parcel Size and Weight
Choose the Royal Mail size and weight option that matches your fully packed parcel. Use the supplied prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope for smaller items, or secure your items in your own sturdy packaging if you need more space.
Standard seller packUse the supplied prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope if your items fit securely inside, then select Royal Mail’s Large Letter option.
Own secure packagingUse your own sturdy packaging if the items do not fit inside the supplied envelope. Attach the prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope securely to the outside, then select the matching parcel size and weight.

Royal Mail parcel guidance can include maximum size and weight limits, and these can vary by service. If your parcel is large, heavy or unusual, check Royal Mail’s current guidance before booking.
Add Another Seller Pack if Needed
Each separately tracked seller pack is insured up to £2,500 when used in accordance with the applicable terms. If the items are worth more, order enough seller packs so that the value in each parcel stays within the £2,500 insurance limit.
Each parcel must use its own seller pack, its own prepaid envelope and its own unique tracking number. If you select Add another item, enter the separate tracking number printed on that parcel’s prepaid envelope, select the parcel size and weight for that parcel, and repeat the process for every additional parcel.
Do not reuse one tracking number for multiple seller packs. Royal Mail needs a different tracking number for every additional item.

Collection Address, Date and Safeplace
Enter the Collection Address
Enter the address where Royal Mail should collect the parcel. This can be your home or another suitable address offered by Royal Mail, provided you can safely hand over the parcel at the selected time. Enter the sender name or company name Royal Mail asks for during booking.

Use accurate details so Royal Mail can find you. Lois Bullion does not receive or manage your Royal Mail collection address during this booking process.
Choose a Collection Date and Safeplace Options
Royal Mail will show the collection dates and options available for your address. Choose an available collection date, review the estimated time window, select No Safeplace — someone will be at the property, and confirm whether there is a dog at the property.
- The exact available options are controlled by Royal Mail and may differ by address.
- Select No Safeplace and be available at the collection address during the selected collection window.
- Because seller packs may contain valuable jewellery or precious metals, be present and hand the parcel directly to the Royal Mail collection driver.
